Return Policy

Please review this document carefully to help SNC Tuning process your return quickly and efficiently.

All items sold on the SNC Tuning web site will carry a 30 day limited in house warranty. After 30 days, the item(s) will be covered by the manufacture's warranty if offered by the manufacture. Please follow the return procedure listed below to avoid any delay or denial. Return processing may take up to 30 business days from the time your return is received by SNC Tuning. Unauthorized returns/CODs will not be accepted by SNC Tuning. Authorized returns will be eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLYat the SNC Tuning Web site. It is recommended that you hand-fit your product and test it for any manufacturer defect before installation. NOTE:

* Packages that are REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SHIPPER will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any customs/brokerage fees, taxes, or duties.

Returning a Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to (626) 363-9036 or to customerservice@sonicmotor.com. If the claim is not reported within 24 hours of delivery SNC Tuning may refuse the return. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items are eligible for an exchange or store credit when the return has been inspected and approved. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials to qualify for inspection. No returns will be accepted for products that have been installed (see Body Kit Disclaimer) or modified in any way.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Number (RM#) from SNC Tuning. The following information will be required when you contact SNC Tuning in regards to returning an item:

Defective Items: A full description of the problem must be given along with a picture or any other visual evidence that the item is defective. Defective items will be fully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.

Damaged Items: Describe in detail the condition of the item(s) and packaging along with sending us a picture that shows the damaged condition of the item and/or packaging. Damaged items will be fully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued. Remember to keep all items and packaging materials in the condition you received them in case an inspection by a shipping carrier is required.

Incorrect Items: For incorrect items received, you must send SNC Tuning a picture of the item(s) or provide the UPC code and product identification number affixed on the outside of the box. With this information, SNC Tuning can verify what incorrect item was shipped to your address. Incorrect items will be fully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.


Wheel/Tire Package Disclaimer

Fitment guarantee:
When you purchase wheels/tires from us, your order will be double checked to make sure that package will fit your vehicle properly. If package doesn't fit, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the issue. Please test fit wheel/tire first before installation. SNC Tuning will not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper fitment or installation.

Shipping Damage:
Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for damage. If you receive a damaged item, make a note of the damage on the shippers receipt, notify the shipping company and file a damage claim form. It will be impossible to assist if damage claim form wasn't filed upon the delivery.

Cancellation / Return:
Wheel/tire packages can not be canceled or returned once tires are mounted.
All cancellations made after 24 hours from placing an order are subject to 15% restocking fee.
All returns are subject to freight and handling charges, with an exception if return is a result of our error.
Returns will only be honored at our discretion and only if the product was received damaged or if there were fitment issues based on our system or our personal recommendations for fitment on your vehicle.
All returns must be prearranged with us and should be accompanied with an original sales receipt and an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
Returns must be in brand new undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
Any credits or refunds on products being returned will be granted and issued after we receive and inspect the product back from customer and determine a credit or refund will be issued.


Body Kit Disclaimer

Bumpers, side skirts, fenders, lips, spoilers, engine and trunk hoods (all hereby referred to as "body kit") require professional installation. Some body kits that SNC Tuning carries are made for overseas vehicles. To make the kit fit in your car, slight modification may be required; including but not limited to sanding, shaving, drilling, and removal the factory bumper reinforcement. Have a professional pre-fit the body kit before it is installed, painted or modified in any way. In the event that a body kit does not fit or is defective upon installation, SNC Tuning requires the following to issue an RM#: The phone number and address of the body shop where the body kit installation was attempted, a letter with letterhead from the body shop that describes the installation problem in detail, and the license number of the body shop. If these requirements are not met the body kit will NOT be eligible for return. Body kits that have been painted or otherwise modified cannot be returned.

RETURNING AN ITEM IN NEW CONDITION
If your item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it within 7 days after delivery. A one-time restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCEDURE BELOW

1. Inspect Your Package

All items returned must be in brand new, resale condition and contain all the original packaging material. All returns will be inspected and tested upon receipt*. Any discrepancies will result in the package being returned at your own cost without credit or replacement.


* Returns will be rejected or refused credit if:
* Item is incomplete
* Item is returned in a non-qualified shipping container
* Package is affixed with counterfeit label(s)
* Standard certification labels are removed from packaging (barcode label, UL Listing, capacity, brand name, UPC Code)
* Items is dented, scratched, defaced or otherwise damaged due to installation
* Item is altered in any capacity


2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Number - (RM#)
All returns require prior authorization from SNC Tuning. Obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RM#) by contacting SNC Tuning at (626) 363-9036 or at returns@sonicmotor.com.


3. Fill out the Return Form
Complete the Return Form and include it in your return package. Affix the address label with the RM# to the outside of the package (postage not included). Packages received without RM #, address label, or completed Return Form will be refused.


4. Ship and Insure Your Package
All returns will be at your expense unless otherwise stated by SNC Tuning. It is recommended that you ship and insure your package using a traceable carrier that can provide you with tracking information and delivery confirmation. SNC Tuning is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. With certain returns related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, SNC Tuning may issue a pre-paid shipping label for a return or reimburse shipping charges when an original shipping receipt is provided.



*If your return does not meet the requirements specified, SNC Tuning will contact you to explain why the return was denied. You will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned from the SNC Tuning warehouse to you. SNC Tuning may be contacted at (626) 363-9036 or customerservice@sonicmotor.com if you have any questions or comments. SNC Tuning is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm PST (excluding holidays).



Refunds
Refunds may be given by SNC Tuning in certain situations at SNC Tuning's own discretion. Refunds for returns normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date SNC Tuning receives your return at the warehouse. Once the part is received, SNC Tuning forwards it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to buy the merchandise. You will be notified via e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department returns@sonicmotor.com, for the fastest response.

Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from the SNC Tuning Web site are made pursuant to SNC Tuning's shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you at the shipping point which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

Cancellation Policy:
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed. Therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be cancelled before you receive the Invoice - Payment accepted notification. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday after 5PM PST Monday 9AM PST cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment.

Terms & Conditions for Sale of Products and Parts:

1. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

2. SNC Tuning reserves the right to correct typographical and printing errors.

3. SNC Tuning reserves the right to correct prices or calculation errors.

4. SNC Tuning reserves the right not to proceed with any order where SNC Tuning feels that the transaction will put SNC Tuning, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position, either financially or for any other justifiable reason. SNC Tuning may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.

5. SNC Tuning is not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international orders.

6. Certain items are only intended for trade shows, static display vehicles, or for off-road racing vehicles. Public road and highway use of said items is strictly prohibited. Please check your local and state laws regarding the legal use of said products. SNC Tuning will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of said items, and you assume all risk of liability related to this purchase.

The SNC Tuning Return Policy should serve as a customer guide to the return process. Should a customer abuse any part of the return policy, SNC Tuning will use the full extent of the law to recover any damages that result from the incident(s) occurred.
