Shipping
We offer free standard ground delivery service on items that weight less than 25 lbs. (UPS dimensional weight) for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Oversize charges will apply on items that weight over 25 lbs. (UPS dimensional weight). Some extremely bulky and heavy items such as body kit, engine, oil barrel, and etc... will require truck freight. Free shipping offer is not valid to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other international destinations.
For orders shipping to outside of lower 48 states, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
All in stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business day after payment is received/ cleared. Fed Ex ground and UPS Ground shipment will take approximately 5-7 business days to receive. UPS Ground and Fed Ex ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped out by USPS priority mail. All buyer outside of U.S., please contact us to quote shipping charge.
Overnight, 2-Day and 3 day Shipping
For all overnight, 2 day and 3 day shipping, please contact us first to quote shipping charge and availability before making purchase. Overnight, 2-day and 3 day shipping is available through Fed Ex or UPS. All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond Sonic Motor's control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. You can view schedules and transit times for your delivery zip code by visiting the air freight carrier's web-site. All orders must be received by 2PM PST.
Truck Freight
Truck freight applies to any oversized item that cannot be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. In the event that your item is deemed oversized, Sonic Motor will contact you via e-mail with an approximate shipping estimate.

You may return products within 30 business days of shipment for a refund or replacement. All returns information is located above.
On orders shipped Overnight, 2Day and 3Day, all shipping carriers (Hence forth referred to as: Shipper) reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond Sonic Motor's control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Sonic Motor's warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage; however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. Sonic Motor is not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. Sonic Motor must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. Sonic Motor is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
